2. Removal of Infringing Content

- Take further appropriate action, which may include permanently removing the userβs access to our site if repeat infringement occurs.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review and, if appropriate, restore the content in accordance with the DMCA.
4. Repeat Infringers
PakSchemes.xyz reserves the right to terminate user access for repeat copyright infringers.
